I want to thank my coaches, friends, and family for their support over the years. GO NOLES!!#fearthespear&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A sprinter, Valko trains year-round with Machine Aquatics and earned three best times at the NCSA Championships in March where her highest finish was a 19th-place showing in the 100 free. Last summer, she had a stellar performance at NCSAs, going best times in all her events and posting three top-25 finishes.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 free- 23.57<\/li>\n<li>100 free- 50.43<\/li>\n<li>200 free- 1:51.57<\/li>\n<li>100 back- 57.61<\/li>\n<li>100 fly- 56.20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A rising senior at Langley High School, Valko placed second in the 100 free and seventh in the 50 free at the 2022 Virginia Class 6A State Championships.
