The women\u2019s and men\u2019s 400 IM and the women\u2019s and men\u2019s 100 butterfly make for a quick but impactful session.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leah Smith<\/strong> is the top seed in the women\u2019s 400 IM and will have Lane 4 in the fifth and final heat. She will be joined by young guns <strong>Justina Kozan<\/strong> and <strong>Teagan O\u2019Dell<\/strong> in the heat. Meanwhile, <strong>Katie Ledecky<\/strong> is the second seed overall and will have Lane 4 in heat 4. <strong>Mackenzie Looze<\/strong>, who won the 200 breaststroke yesterday, will also be in that heat.<\/p>\n<p>In the men\u2019s 400 IM, <strong>Max Litchfield<\/strong> has the top seed in the sixth and final heat, while Olympic freestyle champion <strong>Bobby Finke<\/strong> will be in the fifth heat along with Texas&#8217; <strong>Jake Foster<\/strong> and Cal&#8217;s <strong>Sean Grieshop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The heat sheets for the women\u2019s 100 butterfly show Olympian<strong> Claire Curzan<\/strong> as the top seed. She will be in the ninth and final heat alongside NCAA champion<strong> Beata Nelson<\/strong>. But the eighth heat is loaded with talented swimmers, as <strong>Kelly Pash<\/strong> has the second overall seed and will be in Lane 4. She is joined in that heat by<strong> Gretchen Walsh, Gabi Albiero<\/strong> and<strong> Rhyan White<\/strong>. Meanwhile, 200 fly champion <strong>Dakota Luther<\/strong> and Texas All-American<strong> Olivia Bray<\/strong> are in the seventh heat.<\/p>\n<p>The men\u2019s 100 butterfly shows plenty of talent on the entry lists. The top overall seed is<strong> Shaine Casas<\/strong>, and he will be flanked by Olympian<strong> Tom Shields<\/strong> and <strong>Camden Murphy<\/strong>.
