AMERICAN record breaker Breeja Larson joins today&#8217;s edition of <i>The Morning Swim Show<\/i> to look back on what fueled her success at the Southeastern Conference championships. <\/p>\n<p>Larson, who broke her own American record in the 100 breast last week at the SEC meet, says little details in her turns helped make the difference in her performance. She also talked her mental preparation before a race and how her warm-up for the 100 and 200 breaststrokes differ. She also mentions losing her American record in the 200 breast, and says she likes that competition still exists for her at the upcoming NCAA championships. Looking further ahead, she\u2019s looking forward to life as a postgrad, and is glad a couple of teammates are transitioning into that role with her.
