The ASCA Impact Coach of the Year Award will be given out at the Awards Banquet at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/asca-announces-2022-world-clinic-to-be-held-in-las-vegas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2022 ASCA World Clinic<\/a> on September 8, 2022 at the Westgate Resort in Las Vegas, NV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis award was created so that all coaches have a chance to be recognized for the impact they are having on athletes\u2019 lives and on the sport of swimming,\u201d said ASCA Board of Directors President <strong>Mike Koleber,<\/strong> owner and head coach at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nitroswim.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nitro Swimming<\/a>. \u201cThere are a lot of coaches who are more behind the scenes, out of the headlines, doing so much on a daily basis for so many. We want to recognize those exceptional individuals and share their stories. They are the heart and soul of this sport.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nominees do not have to be members of ASCA, but they must be nominated by an <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ASCA member.
