Three days into the meet, the U.S. has claimed several medals as has Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>On the first day of the meet, Ukraine\u2019s <strong>Illia Sultanov, Maksym Dudnyk, Oleksii Lytvenko<\/strong> and <strong>Oleksii Kolomiiets<\/strong> won the 400 freestyle relay (3:35.16), ahead of Japan (3:38.84) and Team USA\u2019s <strong>Tanner Fixsen, Daniel Pletenets, Collin Davi<\/strong>s and <strong>Matthew Klotz<\/strong> (3:41.54).<\/p>\n<p>Ukraine\u2019s<strong> Illia Sultanov<\/strong> won the men\u2019s 50 butterfly (25.08) ahead of Japan\u2019s <strong>Ryutaro Ibara<\/strong> (25.33) and USA\u2019s <strong>Matthew Klotz<\/strong> (25.40).<\/p>\n<p>Japan\u2019s <strong>Satoi Fujihara<\/strong> won the men\u2019s 400 freestyle (4:07.52), while Poland\u2019s<strong> Konrad Powroznik<\/strong> won the silver (4:10.84) and USA\u2019s<strong> Collin Davis<\/strong> took the bronze (4:13.59).<\/p>\n<p>USA\u2019s<strong> Emile Massengale<\/strong> won the 100 backstroke in 1:08.95, ahead of Poland\u2019s<strong> Klaudia Jarzewicz<\/strong> (1:11.16) and <strong>Diana Valentini<\/strong> (1:12.06).<\/p>\n<p>Team USA\u2019s <strong>Carli Cron<\/strong>k won the 200 IM (2:21.19), while Poland\u2019s <strong>Julia Dragon<\/strong> won the silver and Ukraine\u2019s <strong>Iryna Tereschenko<\/strong> took the bronze (2:29.29).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deaflympics2021.com\/results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Results<\/a><\/p>\n<p>On the second day of the Deaflympics, Ukraine\u2019s <strong>Vladyslav Kremliakov<\/strong> won the men\u2019s 200 backstroke (2:04.26)., holding off USA\u2019s<strong> Matthew Klotz<\/strong> (2:07.12) and <strong>Collin Davis<\/strong> (2:10.05).<\/p>\n<p>Japan\u2019s <strong>Kyoka Saito<\/strong> won the women\u2019s 100 butterfly (1:06.98). Italy\u2019s <strong>Sara Margano<\/strong> won the silver medal (1:07.01) and Ukraine\u2019s <strong>Anita Makhnyk<\/strong> took the bronze (1:07.54).<\/p>\n<p>On the third day, Cronk won the 1500 freestyle (17:33.90), ahead of Dragan (18:21.24) and Italy\u2019s <strong>Jessica Diddoro<\/strong> (18:32.80).<\/p>\n<p>Ibara won the 400 IM ahead of Powroznik (4:44.32) and Italy\u2019s <strong>Federica Tomborrino<\/strong> (4:52.23).<\/p>\n<p>Poland\u2019s <strong>Julia Chemielewska<\/strong> won the gold in the 200 breaststroke (2:42.85). Tereschenko won the silver (2:46.02) and USA\u2019s <strong>Kaitlyn Weatherby<\/strong> took the bronze (2:52.47).<\/p>\n<p>Sultanov won the 100 freestyle (52.46) ahead of Klotz (52.51) and Brazil\u2019s <strong>Guilherme Kabbach<\/strong> (52.73).<\/p>\n<p>Cronk won the gold medal in the 200 free in 2:06.38, Latvia\u2019s<strong> Zane Embrekte<\/strong> took the silver (2:10.53) and Dragan took the bronze (2:10.95).<\/p>\n<p>Ukraine\u2019s Kremliakov, Kolomiets, <strong>Rotyslav Yakubovskyi<\/strong> and Sultanov won the 400 medley relay (3:54.47) to close Day 3 of the Deaflympics.
