The 2022 U.S. International Team Trials continues on Saturday with the final prelims session of the meet from the Greensboro Aquatic Center.<\/p>\n

The last morning of the meet will consider of the 200 IM, the 50 freestyle, the women\u2019s 1500 freestyle and the men\u2019s 800 freestyle.<\/p>\n

The women\u2019s 200 IM will see Olympian Alex Walsh<\/strong> as the top seed. She will be in Lane 4 for the fifth an final heat of the event, flanked by Hali Flickinger<\/strong> and Leah Hayes<\/strong>, who are having strong meets.<\/p>\n

Walsh\u2019s Virginia teammate and fellow Olympian Kate Douglass<\/strong> is in heat four, along with Charlotte Hook<\/strong> and former NCAA champion Beata Nelson.<\/strong> Meanwhile, Olympian Melanie Margalis<\/strong> is looming in the third heat.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Day 5 Prelims Heat Sheets<\/a><\/p>\n

In the men\u2019s 200 IM at the International Team Trials, Olympian Chase Kalisz<\/strong> will have the top seed and be in the final heat with Grant House, Trenton Julian<\/strong> and Jay Litherland. Carson Foster<\/strong> is in the fourth heat, while looming in the third heat will be Kieran Smith<\/strong> and Shaine Casas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the women\u2019s 50 freestyle, there are six loaded heats. Claire Curzan<\/strong> has made the team in multiple events already and has the top seed in the event. Joining her in the sixth heat are Mallory Comerford, Kate Douglass, Madison Kennedy<\/strong> and Olivia Smoliga<\/strong>. The fifth heat will see Abbey Weitzeil, Natalie Hind<\/strong>s and Erika Brown<\/strong>, while Torri Huske<\/strong> and Gretchen Walsh<\/strong> are in the fourth heat.<\/p>\n

The men\u2019s 50 freestyle is just as stacked. Olympic gold medalist Caeleb Dressel<\/strong> is the top seed and will have teammate Adam Chaney<\/strong> next to him in the last heat, as well as Olympian Bowe Becker<\/strong> and Texas star Danny Krueger<\/strong>. Olympians Michael Andrew and Brooks Curr<\/strong>y are in the fifth heat, along with David Curtiss<\/strong>, while Ryan Held, Drew Kibler<\/strong> and Justin Ress<\/strong> are in the fourth heat.<\/p>\n

It is the 50 free and anything can happen at the International Team Trials.<\/p>\n

There are just two early heats of the 1500 freestyle with Maddie Waggoner<\/strong> int he middle for the second heat and Claire Weinstein<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There will be three heats of the men\u2019s 800 free with Will Roberts<\/strong> the top seed of the morning heats.<\/p>\n
