The U.S. International Team Trials continues with the Day 3 finals from Greensboro Aquatic Center.<\/p>\n

With World Championship spots on the line, and the records that fell during prelims, it should be an exciting session of fast swimming.<\/p>\n

The International Team Trials session consists of the 400 IM, the 100 butterfly, the 50 breaststroke and the 50 backstroke.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Heat Sheets<\/a><\/p>\n

The women\u2019s 400 IM kicks off the International Team Trials session with Leah Hayes<\/strong> in Lane 4, surrounded by Olympians Emma Weyant<\/strong> and Katie Grimes, with Hali Flickinger<\/strong> looming in Land 2.<\/p>\n

The men\u2019s 400 IM follows with the Foster brothers<\/strong> next to each other in Land 5 and 6. They will be surrounded by Chase Kalisz<\/strong> and Jay Litherland,<\/strong> who made the Olympic team in this event.<\/p>\n

The women\u2019s 100 butterfly will be another showdown between Torri Huske<\/strong> and Claire Curzan. Kelsi Dahlia<\/strong> and Kate Douglass<\/strong> will look to crash the party.<\/p>\n

In the men\u2019s 100 butterfly, Caeleb Dressel<\/strong> was in dominant fashion in the prelims, while Michael Andrew, Trenton Julian<\/strong> and Luca Urlando<\/strong> will aim for a worlds spot.<\/p>\n

The women\u2019s 50 breaststroke will be a showdown between Lilly King, Lydia Jacoby<\/strong> and Kaitlyn Dobler<\/strong>, while the men\u2019s race looks to be between Nic Fink, Michael Andrew<\/strong> and Brandon Fischer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The 50 backstroke is loaded on the women\u2019s side at the International Team Trials. Regan Smith<\/strong> broke the U.S. Open record during prelims (27.40) and it might take another record-setting swim to win with Katharine Berkoff, Olivia Smoliga<\/strong> and Rhyan White<\/strong> in the mix.<\/p>\n

For the men, Michael Andrew<\/strong> is in his third final of the night, but the race looks to be between Hunter Armstrong<\/strong>, who broke the American record with a 24.01 in prelims. Shaine Casas, Ryan Murphy<\/strong> and Justin Ress<\/strong> look to be in the mix as well.<\/p>\n

After a record-setting prelims, the International Team Trials finals session looks to be on pace for more special performances.<\/p>\n
