This year\u2019s event promises to be one of the biggest and<br \/>\nbest ever, with headliners including <strong>Mel Marshall, Ron Aitken, Todd DeSorbo, Russell Mark, Braden<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Holloway, Brent Arckey<\/strong>, and <strong>Jim Ellis<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>A new, more interactive format will feature:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main stage interviews by Brett Hawke and Rowdy Gaines<\/li>\n<li>Panel discussions<\/li>\n<li>Small group talks and pool demonstrations<\/li>\n<li>Age group coach \u201cspeed dating\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Coaches lounge<\/li>\n<li>Tracks for 12&amp;U, senior\/high school, Masters and learn-to-swim<\/li>\n<li>Technology for coaches to submit questions and topics to customize talks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With over 1,000 coaches and more than 100 exhibitors expected to attend, the 2022 ASCA World Clinic<br \/>\nwill be simultaneously the biggest, and yet most intimate in ASCA\u2019s history.<\/p>\n<p>Topics will range from team administration, leadership and gender equity to stroke analysis, season<br \/>\nplanning and training techniques. A trip out to Lake Las Vegas for open water talks and demonstrations<br \/>\nwill take place Friday morning. Panel discussions and interview-style talks will feature a plethora of<br \/>\noutstanding speakers, including Northwestern Univ. Head Coach <strong>Katie Robinson<\/strong>, University of Texas<br \/>\nAssistant Coach <strong>Mitch Dalton<\/strong>, Swim Fort Lauderdale Head Age Group Coach <strong>Jennifer Gibson<\/strong>, Nutritionist<br \/>\n<strong>Erica Beine<\/strong>, Leadership Advisor <strong>Jeff Raker<\/strong>, Swim Ft. Exhibitors from around the globe will be surrounded<br \/>\nby:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stage for 15-minute mini-talks<\/li>\n<li>Endless Pool for stroke and lesson demos<\/li>\n<li>Product demonstrations<\/li>\n<li>\u201cBonus Circle\u201d for coaches to meet and take photos with main stage speakers<\/li>\n<li>Cornhole competition area (betting optional)<\/li>\n<li>Coaches lounge<\/li>\n<li>Selfie area for photo opps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ASCA Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Awards Banquet will take place on Thursday,<br \/>\nSeptember 8, and will be included in the price of the World Clinic registration. The top 10 finalists for<br \/>\nthe Fitter and Faster\/ASCA Age Group Coach of the Year will be honored and the national winner will be<br \/>\nrevealed. ASCA will also recognize the finalists and winner for the Impact Coach of the Year, a new ASCA<br \/>\naward.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibitors and sponsors of the 2022 ASCA World Clinic will have multiple opportunities to make an<br \/>\nimpact with swimming coaches and swim business owners. Sponsorship packages range from $5,000 to<br \/>\n$15,000. Exhibit booths start at $1,800.<\/p>\n<p>Athletes and parents, or others who are not registered for the World Clinic, are welcome to purchase a<br \/>\none-day exhibit hall pass for Saturday, September 10.<\/p>\n<p>Early bird registration for the ASCA World Clinic starts March 16.
