The time would have been quick enough to place fourth in the 200 fly at the Tokyo Olympics, and it is only 0.16 slower than the 2:05.65 that\u00a0<strong>Hali Flickinger<\/strong> swam to earn bronze.<\/p>\n<p>The 15-year-old also moved into a tie for 22nd all-time in the event, and the swimmer she&#8217;s tied with is <strong>Susie O&#8217;Neill<\/strong>, the legendary Australian swimmer who won gold in the 200 fly at the 1996 Olympics and then silver at the 2000 Olympics. O&#8217;Neill swam a 2:05.81 in May 2000, which at the time broke a world record that had belonged to\u00a0<strong>Mary T. Meagher<\/strong> for almost 19 years.<\/p>\n<p>McIntosh was best known for her abilities in the middle-distance freestyle races when she qualified for the Olympics and made a significant impact as a 14-year-old in Tokyo, but she has expanded her repertoire into the 400 IM and 200 fly over the past six months. McIntosh figures to head to her first World Championships this June in Budapest as a medal favorite in multiple individual events.<\/p>\n<p>In other action at the meet,\u00a0<strong>Finlay Knox<\/strong> won the men&#8217;s 100 free in 49.37, while the top time of the day came from\u00a0<strong>Joshua Liendo<\/strong>, who swam a 48.99 in prelims. Liendo broke out at the recent Short Course World Championships, where he won bronze in both the 50 and 100 free and helped Canada secure gold in the mixed 200 free relay. Additionally,\u00a0<strong>Kayla Sanchez<\/strong> swam a 54.51 in the women&#8217;s 100 free prelims, but she withdrew before the final.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/swimontario.com\/liveresults\/\"
