ORLANDO, Florida, February 16. SWIMMAC’s David Marsh takes time out for a pretty in-depth interview with Swimming World about the reasoning behind the diverse Team Elite in Charlotte.<\/p>\n

Marsh explains how the Team Elite mission is twofold. First and foremost, it is to help develop swimming within the Charlotte area, which is definitely finding much more excitement in the area. Meanwhile, Marsh also talks about how he works with a disparate amount of swimmers in the post-grad program.<\/p>\n
