The Ohio State swim and dive program earned historic wins over Michigan on Saturday at McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion as the No. 9 women won 152.5-147.5 and the No. 14 men won 189-111. The dual victory is the first for the men over the Wolverines since the 1990-91 season and the first for the women since the 2013-14 season.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat a great college dual meet between two conference rivals today was,\u201d Ohio State director of swimming and diving Bill<\/strong> Dorenkott<\/strong> said. \u201cFull credit to Coach Bottom and his program for having two well prepared teams and bringing out the best in the Buckeyes. I could not be more proud of our men and women. Proud of the trust they have put in our program and staff in our five years as a combined program. This outcome is the product of a sustained effort by a lot of people. It did not happen overnight. The best part is that this is just the beginning.\u201d<\/p>\n
