In our last swim poll, we wanted to know: Which Men&#8217;s NCAA Record Do You Think Will Be Broken in March?<\/p>\n<p>The current 400 IM NCAA record is held by <strong>Chase Kalisz<\/strong>. His record has stood since 2017 when he stopped the clock at 3:33.42. He also claimed <a href=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/en\/olympic-games\/tokyo-2020\/results\/swimming\/men-s-400m-individual-medley\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gold<\/a> in this event this past summer in Tokyo. <strong>Leon Marchand,<\/strong> 3:35.62<strong>, <\/strong>and <strong>Carson Foster, <\/strong>3:37.35, have both claimed A-cut times in this event. Slightly behind his brother with a B cut in this event is <strong>Jake Foster<\/strong>. Will this year&#8217;s NCAA race be a battle of the brothers? Either way, it will be a can&#8217;t miss race come March.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/jack-conger-smashes-american-record-in-200-fly-wins-first-ncaa-title\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">200 Butterfly NCAA record<\/a>, 1.37.95, belongs to<strong> Jack Conger.\u00a0<\/strong>When this was set in 2017, it was also an American record. <strong>Christian Ferraro<\/strong> has an A cut for 2022, followed closely by <strong>Brendan Burns<\/strong> and <strong>Danny Kovac\u00a0<\/strong>with their B times. Ferraro is still a few seconds behind Conger, but the top five spots in the country are separated by hundredths of a second. This will definitely be a race to watch in Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dean Farris<\/strong> claimed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/dean-farris-smashes-ncaa-american-record-in-200-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NCAA record<\/a> in the 200 Freestyle during the 2019 NCAA&#8217;s. The Harvard swimmer touched the wall in 1:29.15 setting the 2019 NCAA, American, pool, U.S. Open, and meet records.
