The Air Force<\/a> swim camp offers a thorough analysis of stroke techniques and includes video analysis of the world’s best swimmers along with video analysis of each individual campers strokes. The session offers challenging training programs and plenty of stroke analysis. This is best suited for experienced swimmers with a good year-round training base.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Cadet Natatorium on the campus of the United States Air Force Academy<\/a>, which recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The renovation included new bulkheads, starting blocks, scoreboards, and lighting. The updated pool facilities offer video analysis, reaction time pads on the blocks, as well as an onsite art dry land training room. In addition to its high altitude location at 7,200 feet, this is a world-class facility matched by only a few in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Camp will run 8:30am until 4:00pm MT except for Fridays which operate as a half-day from 8:30am-12:00pm MT. Friday’s session ends with a pentathlon competition starting at approximately 9:00am MT. The campers are free to leave after the meet ends.<\/p>\n

For any of the camps, swimmers<\/a> should bring: suits, caps, towels, goggles, pull gear, kickboards, and short fins. There is also a dry land component to camp, please pack the appropriate clothing.<\/p>\n
