That\u2019s a drop of more than two seconds off his seed time of 1:46.13. He also swam a leg on the record-setting 400 free relay.<\/p>\n<p>Heilman declared a false start in the 100 free on Saturday. He\u2019ll likely get a chance at a flat-start time in that on the 400 free relay Saturday night on the final day of finals.
