I would like to thank my family and friends for putting me in the situation that I am today. I can\u2019t wait to join the NC State family! Go pack!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Flack, who trains with Baylor Swim Club, was the bronze medallist in the 200m fly, 400m IM, and 1500m free at the Southeastern Long Course Championships this past summer. Last winter, he recorded seven top-15 finishes at the Southeastern Senior Championships after winning both the 500 free and mile at the 18&amp;U Winter Championships in Chattanooga.<\/p>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 1:43.68<\/li>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 4:26.80<\/li>\n<li>1650 free &#8211; 15:57.25<\/li>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 1:52.81<\/li>\n<li>400 IM &#8211; 4:06.44<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently a junior at the Baylor School, Flack is already a three-time Tennessee State Championship finalist.
