He is coming to us after working at the American Swimming Coaches Association for 3 years where he did the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversaw all Digital Marketing, Web Development, Video Content Creation, Partner and Sponsor Management, Customer Service, and Virtual Clinics.<\/li>\n<li>Created and Maintained the ASCA DOC Talks Learning Initiative, ASCA LIVE, and the ASCA Talks Library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Kyle Mills is a self-starter and intuitive learner.\u00a0 He impressed me with his ability to be a team player when he led ASCA in creating more efficient work systems replacing staff labor during COVID related staff reductions at ASCA. &#8211; <strong>Brent Rutemiller<\/strong>, CEO of the International Swimming Hall of Fame<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Prior to ASCA, Kyle was the Director of the Video-Evaluation Program at <a href=\"http:\/\/goswim.tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/GoSwim.tv&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1636241423966000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1nmkMC0ph3N5_scxRAfC8F\">GoSwim.tv<\/a>. During that time he analyzed thousands of swimmers\u2019 strokes,<\/p>\n<p>Kyle Graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, 2014 and further his education with following certifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Cloud Computing, 2021<\/li>\n<li>Business Data Analytics, at Coursera through Duke University, 2021<\/li>\n<li>Software Project Management Specialization, through Coursera and University of Alberta, 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kyle will be working closely with <strong>Steve West<\/strong> &#8211; Web Developer, Brent Rutemiller &#8211; CEO, <strong>Laurie Marchwinski<\/strong> &#8211; COO, Ashleigh Shay in Marketing.\u00a0 His primary goal is to update the technology of the organization with better tools to manage databases, e-commerce, content and analysis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ashleigh will hold the title of Marketing and News Manager.\u00a0 She grew out of our Intern Program working with Brandi as our Marketing Coordinator where she did the following:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Assisted with the development, implementation and management of Swimming World and International Swimming Hall of Fame social media strategy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Created, posted, and monitored engagement of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/college-friday-takeover-series\/\">social media content<\/a> for aquatic sports (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/college-takeover-series-2020-and-conference-meets\/\">swimming<\/a>, water polo, diving, synchronized swimming)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Collaborated with editorial and marketing teams as needed for coverage of news events, advertising, and marketing client content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Communicated with aquatic industry professionals, athletes, and influencers via social media to create a strong network<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">It makes us extremely proud that Ashleigh evolved from a freelancer to become a full-time employee.
