I am so grateful for the support of my parents, brother, family, friends and my YOTA coaches and teammates. I don\u2019t know what I would do without you. I am ready \u00a0to be a part of this amazing championship tradition! GO EAGLES&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A talented breaststroker, Day does her club swimming with YMCA of the Triangle Area Swim Team and most recently placed 12th in the 200m breast at the YMCA LCM Swimming Festival in July. She also placed 12th in that event as well as 17th in the 100m breast at the TYR 18&amp;U Spring Cup in Orlando back in the spring after winning the 100\/200 breast at the 18&amp;U Winter Championships in December.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Her best times include:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>50 breast &#8211; 30.17<\/li>\n<li>100 breast &#8211; 1:04.43<\/li>\n<li>200 breast &#8211; 2:22.21<\/li>\n<li>50 free &#8211; 25.07<\/li>\n<li>100 free &#8211; 56.07<\/li>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 2:0864<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also competing for Charles E.
