Keller said he already had COVID and indicates he doesn&#8217;t need it<\/p>\n<p>Judge warns Keller to &#8220;talk to a physician&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/m2K4tBjilS\">pic.twitter.com\/m2K4tBjilS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Scott MacFarlane (@MacFarlaneNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MacFarlaneNews\/status\/1433146380294541313?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 1, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Sentencing, which is normally conducted at in-person hearings, could be delayed due to Keller not having a vaccination for COVID-19, necessitating additional safety measures. Keller <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nathanfenno\/status\/1433149585833164800\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">was reportedly scolded<\/a> by U.S. District Judge <strong>Richard J. Leon<\/strong> over his vaccination status.<\/p>\n<p>The negotiation of a plea deal with the government was first reported in June at his last hearing, which included a 60-day continuance. An additional 30 days, from the originally schedule Aug. 4 date, was added on. The next date in his court case has not been determined, but that hearing is likely to include a reading of the plea agreement and setting the stage for sentencing.<\/p>\n<p>Keller pled not guilty in February, when a federal grand jury upped the charges against him to seven counts, civil disorder, disorderly conduct in a restricted building and obstruction of an official proceeding.
