I believe the Naval Academy will offer the best opportunities to me both in and out of the water setting me up for a lifetime of success in all my future endeavors. I would like to thank my family, coaches, and friends for all of their help and support to get me to this level and I look forward to what this bright future has in store for me. On to the next adventure&#8230;.GO NAVY!!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div>A talented distance freestyler and backstroker, Lambert does his club swimming with the Sarasota Sharks and earned bronze in the 200 back and 1000 free at the Florida South Senior Championships after picking up five best times at Southern Zone South Sectionals earlier this year.<\/div>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 4:34.39<\/li>\n<li>1000 free &#8211; 9:14.75<\/li>\n<li>1650 free &#8211; 15:40.07<\/li>\n<li>100 back &#8211; 51.39<\/li>\n<li>200 back &#8211; 1:52.22<\/li>\n<li>400 IM &#8211; 4:01.39<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A rising senior at Venice High School, Lambert raced to sixth in the 500 free at the Florida 4A State Championships during his junior season. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2019 with a degree in Public Communication and a double minor in Coaching and Sports Management.
