With six weeks until the Olympic Games, the United States will be selecting its Olympic team this week in Omaha, Nebraska. The prelims of the men&#8217;s 100 free, 200 breast and 800 free, along with the women&#8217;s 200 butterfly will be held on Wednesday morning. Prelims will begin at 10 a.m. CST.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/stream.nbcolympics.com\/swimming-us-trials-wave-2-day-4-prelims\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Live Stream<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.omegatiming.com\/2021\/us-olympic-team-trials-wave-ii-live-results\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Live Results<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2021-us-olympic-trials-day-four-prelims-heat-sheets-day-4-usa-senior-national-2021-06-15.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Heat Sheets<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The intense men&#8217;s 100 free heats will be led by top seed and reigning World champ\u00a0<strong>Caeleb Dressel\u00a0<\/strong>as four spots are automatically on the line for the 4&#215;100 free relay.\u00a0<strong>Nathan Adrian\u00a0<\/strong>will be looking to make his fourth Olympic team while\u00a0<strong>Ryan Held\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Blake Pieroni\u00a0<\/strong>will be looking to make their second.\u00a0<strong>Zach Apple\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Townley Haas\u00a0<\/strong>will be coming down from the euphoric high after making the 200 free team on Tuesday to try and qualify for the 100.<\/p>\n<p>The men&#8217;s 200 breast should also be an intense three rounds with\u00a0<strong>Will Licon\u00a0<\/strong>coming in as the top seed after getting agonizingly close to making the team for Rio in 2016. He is the top seed ahead of\u00a0<strong>Nic Fink<\/strong>, who finished third in the 100 breast as well as\u00a0<strong>Andrew Wilson<\/strong>, who was runner-up in the 100 and secured his spot on the team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hali Flickinger\u00a0<\/strong>will be in action in the 200 butterfly in what is her pet event. She is already on the team for the 400 IM, and is the top seed for the 200 fly ahead of\u00a0<strong>Regan Smith<\/strong>, who won the 100 back on Tuesday night.<\/p>\n<p>The men&#8217;s 800 free will also be making its Olympic debut as 10K Olympian\u00a0<strong>Jordan Wilimovsky\u00a0<\/strong>is the second seed behind short course yards American record holder\u00a0<strong>Bobby Finke.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prelims will begin at 10 a.m. CST and will be streamed on NBCOlympics.com.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After a five-year long wait, the US Olympic Trials have finally arrived.
