NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Yale University has added another verbal commitment* for the 2022-23 season and beyond from National Age Group record-holder\u00a0Tommy Park\u00a0<\/strong>of La Crescenta, Calif.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Lucius Brown<\/strong><\/a>, Jack Maketa<\/strong><\/a>, Finn Henry\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>and\u00a0Nareg Minassian<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>in New Haven as a member of the Bulldogs\u2019 Class of 2026.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

I look forward to joining Yale\u2019s leading swim program and am thankful for the opportunity to attend a world-class academic institution. I would like to thank everyone who supported me throughout this journey and got me to where I am. Go Bulldogs!!!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Park, who does his club swimming with Rose Bowl Aquatics, most recently set a new 17-18 NAG record<\/a> in the 4×100 mixed medley relay. He led off the record-breaking relay in 49.88.<\/p>\n

Park also placed 15th in the 200m IM at the TYR 18&U Invite and raced to seventh in the 100 back at Juniors West in 2019.<\/p>\n
