I want to thank all of my coaches, teammates, friends and family who were behind me since day one. And a big thank you to coach Yuri and the Wisconsin coaching staff for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime! Go Badgers ??\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Long, who trains year-round with Elmbrook Swim Club, most recently earned four best times at the TYR 18&amp;U Spring Cup in Des Moines after finaling in four events at the NCSA Championships. He finished sixth in both the 200 free and 200 back at the Wisconsin 13&amp;O Championships in 2020 while taking seventh in both of those events at the Long Course Championships in July 2019.<\/p>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 back \u2013 23.31<\/li>\n<li>100 back \u2013 49.42<\/li>\n<li>200 back \u2013 1:47.65<\/li>\n<li>50 free \u2013 21.55<\/li>\n<li>100 free \u2013 46.09<\/li>\n<li>200 free \u2013 1:40.80<\/li>\n<li>100 fly \u2013 52.90<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also competing for Brookfield Central\/East Co-Op, Long is a five-time individual Wisconsin DI State Championship finalist.
