I would like to thank my family, coaches, and friends who helped me get to where I am! I couldn\u2019t have done it without you! Go pioneers!! ?\u26ab\ufe0f&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A versatile swimmer, Cuevas does her club swimming with Hopkins Mariner Swim Team and earned a best time at Connecticut Seniors in February 2020 after posting a trio of top-20 finishes at the Age Group Qualifier. In 2019, she finaled in the 200m breast at the Southern Zone South Sectional Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 breast &#8211; 1:09.67<\/li>\n<li>200 breast &#8211; 2:30.55<\/li>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 2:14.20<\/li>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 5:18.48<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also competing for Sacred Heart Academy, Cuevas placed third in the 500 free and sixth in the 100 breast at the CIAC Class M Championships as a junior.<\/p>\n<p>Cuevas will add valuable depth in a number of events when she arrives at Grinnell as a member of the Class of 2025.
