{"id":471165,"date":"2021-04-30T09:34:46","date_gmt":"2021-04-30T16:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/?p=471165"},"modified":"2021-04-30T09:39:20","modified_gmt":"2021-04-30T16:39:20","slug":"ncaa-champion-andrew-seliskar-signs-with-speedo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ncaa-champion-andrew-seliskar-signs-with-speedo\/","title":{"rendered":"NCAA Champion Andrew Seliskar Signs With Speedo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NCAA Champion and World Championships team member\u00a0<strong>Andrew Seliskar\u00a0<\/strong>signed with <a href=\"http:\/\/speedousa.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Speedo<\/a> on Friday, the brand announced.<\/p>\n<p>Seliskar won three individual NCAA titles in 2019, winning the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/andrew-seliskar-crushes-200-im-misses-record-by-one-hundredth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">200 IM<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/andrew-seliskar-wins-star-studded-200-free-ncaa-final\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">200 free<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/andrew-seliskar-wins-third-event-of-ncaas-to-move-to-third-all-time-in-200-breast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">200 breaststroke<\/a> en route to helping the Golden Bears take the team title. He also represented the United States at the 2019 World Championships, winning a bronze medal in the 4&#215;200 freestyle relay as well as reaching the semi finals of the individual 200 freestyle.<\/p>\n<p>After a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/andrew-seliskar-super-humble-superstar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">successful junior career<\/a> for Nation&#8217;s Capital Swim Club, where was the 2015 high school swimmer of the year by this publication, Andrew Seliskar won his first senior national title in 2018 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/andrew-seliskar-uses-incredible-back-half-to-win-200-free-title\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">200 freestyle<\/a>, which solidified his place on the 2019 Worlds team.
