NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>NC State University has added another addition to their impressive Class of 2026 from Junior National qualifier Collin McKenzie<\/strong> of Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Quinitn McCarty<\/strong><\/a>, Drew Salls<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Stephen Conrad<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0JT Ewing<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Kyle Ponsler<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Michael Cotter<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Lance Norris<\/strong><\/a>, and\u00a0Ryan Weaver<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in Raleigh in the fall of 2022.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

“I am proud to announce my commitment to North Carolina State University. I would like to thank my coaches, teammates, family and friends for helping me get to this point. Go pack!!\u2666\ufe0f?#pbg”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A versatile swimmer, McKenzie does his club swimming with The Fish and earned seven best times at the PV SC Championships last month after posting a trio of top-8 finishes at the 18&U Winter Championships in December.<\/p>\n

In Summer 2019, he earned 100% best times at Potomac Valley LCM Seniors before going on to race six events at the NCSA Long Course Championships.<\/p>\n
