NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Georgia has picked up their fifth verbal commitment for the 2022-23 season and beyond from in-state standout Allison Damron\u00a0<\/strong>of Mableton, Ga.<\/p>\n

She will join Olivia Della Torre<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Heidi Stalkfleet<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Elizabeth Isakson<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Emma Norton<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the Bulldogs\u2019 Class of 2026.<\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m so so excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at the University of Georgia! I have so much gratitude for my family, friends, and coaches who have helped along the way, I\u2019m so excited to become a bulldog!! ?\u2764\ufe0f\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A talented sprinter, Damron does her club swimming with Swim Atlanta and most recently earned three best times at Georgia Seniors last month after posting four top-12 finishes at 18&U Winter Championships in December.<\/p>\n
