NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Texas A&M University has earned another early verbal commitment for the fall of 2022 from Blakely Schuricht<\/strong> of Scottsdale, Az.<\/p>\n

She will join Lone Star State native Hadley Beeson<\/strong><\/a> as a member of the Aggies’ Class of 2026.<\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I am incredibly excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Texas A&M University. I want to thank my family, coaches, and friends for helping me get here. I also want to thank God for this opportunity. I can’t wait to be a part of such an amazing group of people!! Gig’em!!!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Schuricht, who trains year-round with Scottsdale Aquatic Club, most recently finaled in four events at Four Corner Sectionals last month after picking up three best times at Arizona Seniors. She collected bronze in the 200 breast at Arizona Seniors in 2020 and raced three events at Juniors West in 2019.<\/p>\n
