I never used to be a fan of the gym, but I feel like I\u2019ve really bought into the programme now.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s been five years coming and I\u2019m glad I stuck at it as long as I did, because there were times when I was ready to hang up my goggles.
