Photo Courtesy: Delly Carr (Swimming Australia)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>In a Bond quinella, Southam\u2019s Bond teammate <strong>Jude Youens<\/strong> grabbed silver clocking 23.55 while the Sunshine Coast\u2019s <strong>Jamison Morgan<\/strong> (St Andrews SC, QLD) posted 23.93 to claim bronze \u2013 both boys improving their personal bests.<\/p>\n<p>Southam, who will line up in today\u2019s 100m backstroke, chasing gold medal No 4, said: \u201cIt\u2019s a good feeling. I didn\u2019t have a time in mind, just focusing on putting together the best possible race I can execute and if the time is there it\u2019s there, if not there\u2019s more to work on.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/aussie-teenage-olympic-hope-sam-short-sinks-a-little-slice-of-swimming-history-on-the-gold-coast\/\">Aussie Teen Sinks A Little Slice of Swimming History<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Following Sam Short\u2019s Australian All-Comers record in the 800m freestyle Rackley\u2019s success continued with <strong>Niamh Bedggood<\/strong> taking out the girl\u2019s 15-years 100m breaststroke in 1:09.95 to secure her first Australian Age crown of the meet.<\/p>\n<p>In a tight tussle for silver and bronze, it came down to the wire between <strong>Madeleine Horvath<\/strong> (Nunawading) and <strong>Isabella Johnson<\/strong> (Epping), with a whisker separating the duo it was Horvath who just got the touch \u2013 1:10.85 to 1:10.87.<\/p>\n<p>From breaststroke to butterfly with Rocky City teammates from Rockhampton, <strong>Sally Vagg<\/strong> and <strong>Taryn Roberts<\/strong> bagged the top two spots on the podium in the Girls 14-years 200m butterfly.<\/p>\n<p>After snaring two silver medals thus far at the champs, Vagg broke through for gold to claim the Australian Age title in 2:15.51. Roberts, who already has two gold medals to her name, snuck home for silver in 2:16.43 with Moreton Bay\u2019s <strong>Francesca Chitukudka<\/strong> third home in 2:17.96.<\/p>\n<p>Queensland\u2019s <strong>Hannah Casey<\/strong> (Marist College Ashgrove Swim Club) snared her second Australian Age title \u2013 this time in the girls 14-years 100m freestyle.<\/p>\n<p>Powering home in 55.93, Casey couldn\u2019t be caught by those on her toes with <strong>Olivia Wunsch<\/strong> (Carlile) touching in 56.24 for silver and Bond\u2019s <strong>Milla Jansen<\/strong> the bronze in
