Huske, who is a Stanford University recruit, concluded her meet by claiming victories in the 100-yard freestyle and 200-yard individual medley.<\/p>\n<p>Huske&#8217;s first win on Sunday arrived in the 100 freestyle, where she was timed in 47.80 and was followed to the wall by a trio of 16-year-olds who cracked the 50-second barrier. Huske went out in 22.63 and came home in 25.17 to register a sub-48 effort. Huske&#8217;s time would have placed eighth at the NCAA Championships. <strong>Katherine Helms<\/strong> was the runnerup in 49.30, with <strong>Erin Gemmell<\/strong> (49.44) and <strong>Camille Spink<\/strong> (49.56) placing third and fourth.<\/p>\n<p>An event later, Huske got to the wall first in the 200 medley, where she was timed in 1:56.31, more than three seconds ahead of the 1:59.57 of <strong>Sophie Duncan<\/strong>. At the recent Virginia 6A Championships, Huske went 1:53.73 in the 200 individual medley, a time that would have been third at the NCAA Champs.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the meet, Huske clamed victories in the 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 200 butterfly to complement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/torri-huske-continues-torrid-streak-with-nag-17-18-in-100-yard-butterfly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a record-breaking outing in the 100 butterfly<\/a>. In the 100 fly, which is Huske\u2019s best chance to qualify for the <a href=\"https:\/\/tokyo2020.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Olympic Games in Tokyo<\/a>, she lowered her own National Age Group record to 49.70.<\/p>\n<p>University of Texas recruit <strong>Anthony Grimm<\/strong> was tops in the 100 freestyle with a time of 44.00.\u00a0Other winners included <strong>Mackenzie<\/strong> <strong>McConagha<\/strong>, who beat the field in the women&#8217;s 200 backstroke with a time of 1:55.07, and <strong>J.T.
