NEW COMMIT: <\/b>The University of Kentucky has received their eighth verbal commitment for their growing Class of 2026 from <\/span>Paige Taber <\/b>of The Woodlands, Texas.<\/span><\/p>\n

She will join <\/span>Stella Todd<\/b><\/a>,<\/span> Lucy Reber<\/b><\/a>, <\/span>Lydia Hanlon<\/b><\/a>, <\/span>Grace Frericks<\/b><\/a>, <\/span>Marin McKee<\/b><\/a>, <\/span>Jordan Agliano<\/b><\/a> and <\/span>Breckin Gormley<\/b><\/a> in Lexington as a member of the Wildcats starting in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at the University of Kentucky! I would like to thank my family, friends, coaches, and anyone else who has been part of my swim journey! Go Cats!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Previously competing for <\/span>Roadrunner Aquatics, Taber now swims for The Woodlands Swim Team and recently was the runner-up in the 200 back at the 18&U Winter Championships in December. In Summer 2019, she earned 100% best times at Santa Clarita Sectionals before going on to place 19th in the 100m back at Mount Hood Futures.<\/span><\/p>\n
