NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Junior National qualifier\u00a0Brady McInerney\u00a0<\/strong>of Westerville, Ohio has announced his verbal commitment to swim and study at the University of Kentucky beginning in the fall of 2022.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Logan Smith <\/strong><\/a>and\u00a0Logan Ingerick<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the Wildcats\u2019 Class of 2026.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m Super excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at the University of Kentucky!! Thank you to my family, coaches, and friends who have helped to get me to this point! Go Cats! #bbn\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

McInerney, who trains year-round with New Albany Aquatic Club, picked up for new lifetime bests at the Oxford 18&U Winter Championships in December. In Summer 2019, he earned 100% best times at Ohio LCM Seniors before going on to race six events at Cleveland Sectionals.<\/p>\n
