Pic credit mandatory for complimentary use.\" width=\"526\" height=\"376\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-461694\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">MASKED MCKEON: Australian swim star Emma McKeon leads the Dolphins onto the Pool deck at Bond University Photo Courtesy: Delly Carr (Swimming Australia)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>And as over 60 masked members of the Australian Dolphins swim team, training on the Gold Coast this past week, filed in for a two-hour action packed Relay Blitz Meet \u2013 Chesterman was able to admire the abilities, the energy, the enthusiasm and the positivity created by an elite group of swimmers and coaches, many of whom he will welcome into the Games on July 23.<\/p>\n<p>And at the conclusion of the first event \u2013 a hybrid 8x50m freestyle relay with each team member swimming twice and Aussie rock band INXS blaring around the pool electric fireworks went off, Chesterman knew he had a team ready to rock.<\/p>\n<p>While the master motivator and Olympic gold medal coach <strong>Laurie Lawrence<\/strong> joined London Olympian <strong>Meagan Nay<\/strong> on commentary the final flame was ignited \u2013 signalling the start of a meet featuring Olympians and those youngsters snapping at their heels.<\/p>\n<p>Organisers from Swimming Australia and Bond University had pulled together a surprise National Event Camp relay Blitz a combination for relays and broken distance events with an impressive broken set of five x 300s awaiting Australia\u2019s distance swimmers like <strong>Jack McLoughlin, Nick Sloman, Sam Short, Eliott Rogerson, Lani Pallister, Maddy Gough, Phoebe Hines <\/strong>and <strong>Moesha Johnson \u2013 <\/strong>capturing the imagination of a vocal \u201crent-a-crowd.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chesterman said he has not minced his words in addressing the swim team and other teams as he prepares them for \u201cthe most unusual and unprecedented situation\u201d they have ever been in.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been very frank in out-lining what life is going to be like in Tokyo; how difficult it\u2019s going to be; how careful they are going to have to be and to just start preparing for that,\u201d said Chesterman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSomething like wearing masks is going to be a big challenge;
