NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Liberty University has received a new early verbal commitment for the 2022-23 season and beyond from freestyler and breaststroker\u00a0Ella Kahn\u00a0<\/strong>of Reading, Pa.<\/p>\n

She will join\u00a0Malia Francis<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the Lady Flames’ Class of 2026.<\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/p>\n

“I am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at Liberty University! I want to thank my family, friends, and coaches for helping me get to this point. I am so grateful to get to be part of such an amazing program. GO FLAMES!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Kahn, who trains year-round with Reading and Berks County YMCA, placed fourth in the 100 breast with a pair of additional top-10 finishes at the PA YMCA East District Championships last March. In Summer 2019, she had four tip-12 finishes at the PA YMCA State Championships before going on to earn four best times at Middle Atlantic LCM Seniors.<\/p>\n
