Those guidelines adhere to regulations by the Government of Ontario and the City of Toronto. The name of the athlete that tested positive was not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>From the statement:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Upon being informed that the member of the training group was experiencing symptoms, the person was immediately removed from the group, underwent a test that day and has been isolating. Protocols include strict monitoring of daily attendance, allowing all close contacts to be isolated. Testing of close contacts began within hours. As yet there is no evidence of transmission at the pool.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The High Performance Centre in Ontario is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimming.ca\/en\/national-teams\/high-performance-centres\/hpcont\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">one of three training groups<\/a> across the country that are home to many of the nation\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/taylor-ruck-balancing-toronto-training-with-stanford-online-classes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">top swimming talents<\/a>. It\u2019s coached by <strong>Ben Titley<\/strong> and <strong>Ryan Mallette.<\/strong> Among the swimmers based out of the HPC Ontario, per Swimming Canada\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimming.ca\/en\/national-teams\/bios-media-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">national team database<\/a>, are <strong>Penny Oleksiak, Sydney Pickrem, Rebecca Smith, Kayla Sanchez, Taylor Ruck <\/strong>and <strong>Yuri Kisil<\/strong>. Canadian Olympic Trials will be held <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/swimming-canada-announces-shift-to-invitational-for-canadian-olympic-trials\/\" target=\"_blank\"
