NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Junior National qualifier\u00a0Brady Kendall\u00a0<\/strong>of Canton, Mich. has opted to remain in-state for her college career after verbally committing to the University of Michigan beginning in the fall of 2022.<\/p>\n

She will join\u00a0Riley Francis<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Malia Amuan<\/a><\/strong>, Devon Kitchel<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>of Zionsville, Ind. as a member of the Wolverines\u2019 Class of 2026.<\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/p>\n

“I am beyond grateful and excited to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Michigan to continue my athletic and academic career! I want to thank my family, friends, and coaches for supporting me throughout this journey! Hail to the Victors\u303d\ufe0f?”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A talented sprint freestyler and butterflyer, Kendall does her club swimming with the Plymouth-Canton Cruisers. She raced to third in the 100 fly and fourth in the 50 free at the OLY Michigan Open back in February and collected gold in those events at the Michigan Open in March 2019.<\/p>\n

In Summer 2019, she won the 100m fly at Jenks Sectionals before going on to win three events at the Michigan 13-14 LCM Championships.<\/p>\n
