NEW COMMIT: <\/b>Junior National qualifier <\/span>Meghan DiMartile <\/b>of Fort Washington, Pa. has announced her verbal commitment to the University of Texas beginning in the fall of 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

She will join <\/span>Lydia Jacoby<\/b><\/a>,<\/span> Chase Davison <\/b><\/a>and <\/span>Lindsey Hosch<\/b><\/a> in Austin as a member of the Longhorns\u2019 Class of 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to study and swim at the University of Texas!! I\u2019d like to thank my family, friends, and coaches for helping me along the way. Can\u2019t wait to be a Longhorn!! Hook \u2018em\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

DiMartile, who trains with Upper Dublin Swim Club, recently competed at the 18&U Winter Championships in Carlisle where she won the 100 back. Last December, she placed 12th in the 100 back and 21st in the 200 back at Juniors East.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Summer 2019, she recorded a pair of best times at Middle Atlantic LCM Seniors before going on to finish fifth in the 100m back at the NCSA Championships.<\/span><\/p>\n
