NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Kentucky has added a new commitment for the fall of 2021 from Futures qualifier Nick Caruso <\/b>of Gainesville, Fla.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Colby Maupin<\/strong><\/a>, Jack Hamilton<\/b><\/a>,\u00a0Michael Belair<\/b><\/a>,\u00a0Mac Russell<\/b><\/a>, and\u00a0Jackson Mussler<\/b><\/a>\u00a0in Lexington as a member of the Wildcats\u2019 class of 2025.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

“Super stoked to announce my commitment to continue to swim and study at the University of Kentucky. I\u2019d like to thank my friends, family, coaches, and everyone who has supported me throughout this process. Go cats!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A talented freestyler, Caruso trains year-round with Gator Swim Club and last competed at the Florida Virtual Championships where he earned four best times. Last December, he recorded four top-10 finishes at the Gator Invitational and won the 400m free at Southern Zone Age Groups in Summer 2019.<\/p>\n
