Freestyle is commonplace among swim workouts, with most coaches conducting over half their practice in freestyle. Since most events involve freestyle, it is important to have a good freestyle base, so we wanted to pose the question to swimmers and coaches about how much freestyle they put in their workouts.<\/p>\n
