Photo Courtesy: Kyle Chalmers Instagram.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Rogers interviewed Chalmers and Abood as some of the best surf, open water, pool and water polo players contested the famous relay which has been swum for over 85 years and was as surprised as anyone to see the photo of the Olympic champion in hospital.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He looked great when I saw him on Saturday and I actually filmed a video of him swimming up and down to show my squad &#8211; not every day Kyle Chalmers dives into your pool,&#8221; said Rogers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And I had a chat to him on the microphone at the beach on Sunday &#8211; and what an impressive young guy &#8211; he was enthralled by the surf club relay&#8230;loved it..thought it was a great idea.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bishop had been forced to alter his race plans for his squad following the shock Adelaide COVID-19 lock down last week.<\/p>\n<p>Bishop\u2019s squad, which also includes Chalmers Rio team mates <strong>Madi Wilson<\/strong> and <strong>Travis Mahoney<\/strong>, had originally been scheduled to travel from Adelaide to Brisbane to contest the Queensland meet. Chalmers is scheduled to join his team mates in the coming days at their Sydney base.<\/p>\n<p><em>*PRP uses injections of a concentration of a patient&#8217;s own platelets to accelerate the healing of injured tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints.
