NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Northern Michigan University has added yet another valuable addition to their lineup for the fall of 2021 after receiving a commitment from\u00a0Mia Strazny\u00a0<\/strong>of Manitowoc, Wisc.<\/p>\n

She will suit up for the Wildcats as a member of the class of 2025 along with\u00a0Jasper Bunker<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Becca Harned<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Becca Burrows<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Cecilia Hagewood<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Heidi Billings<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Emma Clifford<\/strong><\/a>, \u00a0Zoe DeKievit<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Ella Houwers<\/strong><\/a>, and\u00a0Faith Sill<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI am beyond excited to finally announce my commitment to swim and study at Northern Michigan University! Can\u2019t wait to be a wildcat!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Strazny does her club swimming with Manitowoc Manta Rays and last competed at the Iceberg YMCA Meet in February where her highest finish was a third-place showing in the 100 back. She earned five best times at the KMSC Pro-Am Classic last December and competed at YMCA Nationals in April 2018.<\/p>\n
