NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Elkhart, Ind. native\u00a0Grace Brenneman\u00a0<\/strong>has decided to remain in-state for her college career after verbally committing to the University of Notre Dame for the fall of 2022.<\/p>\n

She will join Renee Gillilan<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>of Fossil Ridge, Colo. as a member of the Fighting Irish’s Class of 2026.<\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I am extremely excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and swimming career at the University of Notre Dame! Thank you to all my family, friends, and coaches for the prayers and amazing support along the way! GO IRISH! \u2618”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Brenneman, who trains year-round with Concord Swim Club, is a Junior National qualifier who most recently earned seven new best times at the Skypoint Transit Invitational earlier this month. She raced three events at Juniors East last December and finaled in five events at Indiana LCM Seniors in Summer 2019.<\/p>\n
