Thank you to my coaches, family, friends, and teammates for all the support. A special shout-out to my big brothers Spencer Jyawook and Samuel Jyawook for always supporting me. GO HUSKIES\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A talented freestyler, Jyawook does her club swimming with Nashville Aquatic Club and last competed at the Southern Premier Invitational where she placed seventh in the mile and 12th in the 500 free. In Summer 2019, she recorded four top-10 finishes at the Southeastern LCM Championships before going on to finish 16th in the 1500m free and 21st in the 400m free at Greensboro Futures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her best times include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 free &#8211; 1:51.98<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 free &#8211; 4:51.65<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1000 free &#8211; 10:03.84<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1650 free &#8211; 17:02.42<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 IM &#8211; 2:08.07<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">400 IM &#8211; 4:24.62<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently a junior at Independence High School, Jyawook is already a three-time individual TISCA State Championship finalist. She finished sixth in the 200 free as a sophomore while taking fifth in that event as well as securing bronze in the 500 free during her freshman season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jyawook will be a huge addition at the start of the 2022-23 season for the Huskies, who are soon leaving the American Athletic Conference to head back to the Big East.
