Thank you to all of my coaches, family, and friends who have supported me in this decision and I can\u2019t wait to spend the next four years swimming in the Rocky Mountains! Go Mountaineers!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A versatile swimmer, Rau does her club swimming with Sandpipers of Nevada and recorded four best times and had four top-18 finishes at the TYR Desert Committee Championships in February. She had a great showing at the LVSC Winter Classic in January and finaled in four events at the Nevada State Championships last November.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 free &#8211; 26.20<\/li>\n<li>100 free &#8211; 57.95<\/li>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 2:04.63<\/li>\n<li>100 breast &#8211; 1:11.42<\/li>\n<li>200 breast &#8211; 2:35.22<\/li>\n<li>100 fly &#8211; 1:04.04<\/li>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 2:20.24<\/li>\n<li>400 IM &#8211; 4:56.98<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also competing for Faith Lutheran High School, Rau\u00a0placed fourth in the 100 breast and sixth in the 100 fly as a sophomore at the Nevada 4A Mountain Region Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Rau will add valuable depth in a number of different events when she suits up for the Mountaineers as a member of the Class of 2025.
