Energy won with a comfortable margin thanks to a Skins win from\u00a0<strong>Sarah Sjostrom<\/strong>, a double from <strong>Siobhan Haughey<\/strong>, and additional wins from\u00a0<strong>Kliment Kolesnikov<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Chad Le Clos<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Florent Manaudou<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>London put up a fight but it was not enough. The time is yet another Asian record for Haughey as the Hong Kong swimmer has been on a role all season for Energy Standard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 100 Free<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Florent Manaudou\u00a0<\/strong>got his first win of the season in the 100 freestyle with a dominating 45.92 to get a second straight win for the team as\u00a0<strong>Evgeny Rylov\u00a0<\/strong>finished in second at 46.74, just ahead of London&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Mikhail Vekovishchev\u00a0<\/strong>(46.76).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 200 Fly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Frog Kings had something to cheer about in ISL semi final 1 with another win from\u00a0<strong>Suzuka Hasegawa\u00a0<\/strong>taking a dominant win at 2:03.95 with teammate\u00a0<strong>Sakiko Shimizu\u00a0<\/strong>in third at 2:05.72. The New York Breakers had their highest finish of the day with\u00a0<strong>Svetlana Chimrova\u00a0<\/strong>getting second at 2:05.56.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 200 Fly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chad Le Clos\u00a0<\/strong>kept the ball rolling for Energy Standard with a controlled win of 1:50.64, putting up a 28.3 on his final 50 to pull away from Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tomoru Honda\u00a0<\/strong>(1:51.20) and London&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Andreas Vazaios\u00a0<\/strong>(1:52.13).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 100 Back<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After setting a world record yesterday, London&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kira Toussaint\u00a0<\/strong>won the 100 back with a 55.90, holding off Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Emily Seebohm\u00a0<\/strong>(56.17) and Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Rio Shirai\u00a0<\/strong>(56.26).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 100 Back<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kliment Kolesnikov\u00a0<\/strong>won the fourth race of the day with a 49.38 in the 100 back, overpowering London&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Guilherme Guido\u00a0<\/strong>(49.83) on the final 25. Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ryosuke Irie\u00a0<\/strong>slipped into third at 50.03.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 100 IM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Runa Imai\u00a0<\/strong>took down <strong>Sarah Sjostrom\u00a0<\/strong>in the 100 IM with a 57.77, running away from Sjostrom&#8217;s 58.26, with London&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sydney Pickrem\u00a0<\/strong>in third (58.36).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 100 IM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The New York Breakers had their first win of the day from\u00a0<strong>Michael Andrew\u00a0<\/strong>at 51.66, finally getting his first win of the season when the Breakers needed it the most. Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Vladimir Morozov\u00a0<\/strong>(51.78) finished in second with Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Andrey Zhilkin\u00a0<\/strong>in third (52.06) ahead of New York&#8217;s <strong>Joe Litchfield <\/strong>(52.07).<\/p>\n<p>ISL Semifinal 1 Team Scores at break 1:<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Energy Standard 388<\/li>\n<li>London Roar 342<\/li>\n<li>Tokyo Frog Kings 285<\/li>\n<li>New York Breakers 164<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 200 Free<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Siobhan Haughey\u00a0<\/strong>continued ISL semi final 1 with another win in the 200 freestyle this season at 1:51.36, cruising ahead of teammate\u00a0<strong>Femke Heemskerk\u00a0<\/strong>(1:52.24) who has been instrumental in Energy&#8217;s march for another title this season. London&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Freya Anderson\u00a0<\/strong>finished in third and was hardly a factor in the race at 1:53.07.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 200 Free<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duncan Scott\u00a0<\/strong>threw down an ISL record in the 200 freestyle with a 1:40.76, taking it out hard and holding off Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Danas Rapsys\u00a0<\/strong>(1:41.54). Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Katsuhiro Matsumoto<\/strong> finished in third at 1:42.05, just ahead of London&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tom Dean\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.36).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 50 Fly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Arina Surkova<\/strong> scored 12 points in winning the 50 fly at 24.87 as the New York Breakers had something to cheer about in their elimination match on Sunday. Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Maddy Banic\u00a0<\/strong>(24.96) and\u00a0<strong>Sarah Sjostrom\u00a0<\/strong>(25.04) finished second and third as they sit comfortably in the lead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 50 Fly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Takeshi Kawamoto\u00a0<\/strong>perfected his finish in the 50 fly with a 22.50, just out-touching Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Chad Le Clos\u00a0<\/strong>(22.51), London&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Marius Kusch\u00a0<\/strong>(22.53) and Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kosuke Matsui\u00a0<\/strong>(22.58).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alia Atkinson\u00a0<\/strong>got within three tenths of her own world record in the 100 breast with a 1:02.66 as she swam away from\u00a0<strong>Benedetta Pilato\u00a0<\/strong>(1:03.55) with New York&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Emily Escobedo\u00a0<\/strong>(1:04.31) in third. Atkinson scored 15 points in total in that race.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Project 55?\u00a0<strong>Adam Peaty\u00a0<\/strong>took down the 100 breast world record with a 55.49 in a tight battle with Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ilya Shymanovich\u00a0<\/strong>(55.69), taking down\u00a0<strong>Cameron van der Burgh&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong>55.69 record from 2009. Peaty scored 15 points in total as Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Yasuhiro Koseki\u00a0<\/strong>was third at 56.11. Peaty now holds the world records in both the short course and long course venue, breaking his first world record in the short pool of his career.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mixed 4&#215;100 Free<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>London Roar took the mixed relay with a 3:15.17 with the quartet of\u00a0<strong>Mikhail Vekovishchev\u00a0<\/strong>(47.00),\u00a0<strong>Duncan Scott\u00a0<\/strong>(45.92),\u00a0<strong>Anna Hopkin\u00a0<\/strong>(51.21) and\u00a0<strong>Freya Anderson\u00a0<\/strong>(51.04) finishing ahead of Energy Standard at 3:15.56.<\/p>\n<p>ISL Semifinal 1 Team Scores at break 2:<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Energy Standard 476<\/li>\n<li>London Roar 448<\/li>\n<li>Tokyo Frog Kings 345<\/li>\n<li>New York Breakers 204<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 400 IM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tokyo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Yui Ohashi\u00a0<\/strong>won a hard fought race with London&#8217;s <strong>Sydney Pickrem\u00a0<\/strong>in the 400 IM with Ohashi winning at 4:23.25 to Pickrem&#8217;s 4:23.68. New York&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Abbie Wood<\/strong>, who has been on fire in a breakout season for the Breakers, finished in third at 4:25.65. Energy now holds a 20 point lead over the London Roar with three events remaining.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 400 IM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tokyo continued its unbeaten streak in the 400 IM with\u00a0<strong>Kosuke Hagino\u00a0<\/strong>taking the race at 4:02.40 ahead of\u00a0<strong>Max Litchfield\u00a0<\/strong>(4:03.76) of Energy Standard.
