NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of South Dakota has received a new verbal commitment for the fall of 2021 from\u00a0Olivia Caldwell\u00a0<\/strong>of Burnsville, Minn.<\/p>\n

She will arrive on campus as a member of the Coyotes’ Class of 2025 along with Jessica Coakley<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Sophia Vitela<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I am beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to further my education and swim at the University of South Dakota next fall! I cannot wait for this next chapter, and want to thank my family, friends, teammates, and coaches that have helped me reach this point. Go Yotes!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A talented sprinter and breaststroker, Caldwell does her club swimming with South Metro Storm and finaled in two events at Minnesota Seniors in March In Summer 2019, she raced two events at Rochester Sectionals before going on to earn two best times at Minnesota LCM Seniors.<\/p>\n
