Sydney Pickrem<\/strong> downed a Canadian record in Tuesday\u2019s ISL Match 10<\/a>, going 4:25.90 in the 400 individual medley.<\/p>\n

The time undercuts the Canadian record<\/a> set by Mary-Sophie Harvey<\/strong> in 2016, at 4:26.42.<\/p>\n

Pickrem\u2019s time was her first win in the event and second win of the ISL season overall. The London Roar swimmer has the third-fastest time in ISL this season in the 400 IM. Her previous best was 4:27.37 from Match 8<\/a>.<\/p>\n
