Go Pios!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 1:53.77<\/li>\n<li>400 IM &#8211; 4:03.70<\/li>\n<li>100 back &#8211; 50.77<\/li>\n<li>200 back &#8211; 1:51.89<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Melsha trains year-round with The Great Wolf Swim Team and last competed at Minnesota Seniors in February where he achieved 100% best times and grabbed bronze in the 200 IM.
