Thank you to my family, coaches, and teammates who have encouraged me and helped me to reach this point. I can\u2019t wait to be a part of such an amazing team! GO PACK!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Donald trains year-round with Ames Cyclones Aquatic Club and won the 50\/100 free combo at Iowa Seniors in February where she also recorded three additional top-4 showings. She recorded two best times at Juniors West last December and grabbed gold in the 200m breast at Iowa LCM Seniors in Summer 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 free \u2013 23.12<\/li>\n<li>100 free \u2013 50.83<\/li>\n<li>100 back \u2013 55.15<\/li>\n<li>200 back \u2013 1:59.23<\/li>\n<li>100 breast \u2013 1:04.12<\/li>\n<li>200 IM \u2013 2:07.09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently a junior at Ames High School, Donald is already a four-time individual Iowa State Championship finalist. She was the runner-up in the 50 free and placed fourth in the 100 breast as a sophomore while taking seventh and sixth, respectively, in those events during her freshman season.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, she led off her teams winning 4&#215;50 free relay in 23.70 while anchored their runner-up 4&#215;50 medley relay in 23.03. Her team finished second at the state meet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/records-fall-at-iowa-state-championships-iowa-city-west-boys-dowling-catholic-girls-earn-titles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">last year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Even with just under two years to go before arriving in Raleigh in the fall of 2022, Donald will add valuable depth both individually and on relays to a program that knows how to produce top sprinters.
