Huge thanks to my coaches, family, and friends for supporting me through this process. Go Devils!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Junior National qualifier, Kulow trains year-round with Lander Swim Club and earned four best times at Juniors West in December. In Summer 2019, he collected five gold medals at the Western Zone Age Group Championships while achieving the same number of lifetime bests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His best times include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 free \u2013 20.92<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 free \u2013 44.69<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 free \u2013 1:41.86<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 back \u2013 50.08<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 back \u2013 1:54.50<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 breast \u2013 59.12<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 fly \u2013 49.47<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 IM \u2013 1:52.33<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently a junior at Lander Valley High School, Kulow is already a four-time individual Wyoming 3A State Championship gold medallist. He won the 100 free and 200 IM as a freshman before going on to<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/jonny-kulow-leads-lander-valley-to-24th-straight-wyoming-boys-3a-state-championship-title\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">set state records<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the 100 free and 100 back during his sophomore season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last season, he led-off the 4&#215;50 free relay in 20.97 during prelims en route to crushing the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/jonny-kulow-leads-lander-valley-to-24th-straight-wyoming-boys-3a-state-championship-title\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">state record<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by nearly a second in 1:27.15 &#8211; a mark that stood since 1996. The USA Swimming Scholastic All-American also swam on the winning 4&#215;50 medley and 4&#215;100 free relays.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kulow has guided his team to state titles the last two years, and Laner Valley clinched their<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/jonny-kulow-leads-lander-valley-to-24th-straight-wyoming-boys-3a-state-championship-title\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">24th-straight<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> championship crown in 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When he suits up for the Sun Devils as a member of the Class of 2026, Lander will add his talents to a sprint group that\u2019ll include <\/span><b>Jack Dolan <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Cody Bybee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
